Spelt, chickpeas, cannellini beans, grass peas and lentils, all grown in Italy in organic farms, are the ingredients of this excellent Mesciua Spezzina, a traditional Ligurian recipe.

Prepared without added salt, this soup is ready in a few minutes: just heat it and serve it with crispy croutons.


Store in a dry and cool place away from direct light and heat sources.

Refrigerate after opening at +4 °C and consume within 4 days.
