A classic of Sicilian gastronomy, this sardines and fennel sauce, made with Italian tomato, brings all the flavours of this island to the table from the sweetness of raisins to the crunchiness of pine nuts. The smell of the released from the sardines merges with that of wild fennel. Prepared with no colourings and no preservatives.
Store in a dry and cool place away from direct light and heat sources.
Refrigerate after opening and consume within a few days.
Produced and packaged in Italy.
