These Tagliolini are the result of a blend of the finest flavours of Piedmont: the prince of the wines of the Langhe and summer truffle. The skilful artisan process, made with the bronze wire-drawing technique and then dried at a low temperature, allows enjoying a rich egg pasta that always has the right consistency. To savour the pasta at best, simply boil the Tagliolini for 3 or 4 minutes in plenty of water and sauté in a pan with extra virgin olive oil.
Store in a cool and dry place.
