Egg Tagliatelle with truffle, the genuineness and flavour of home-made pasta on the table. The skilful traditional brass wire-drawing process followed by slow drying, allows preserving the right consistency of the pasta. Sauté them with extra virgin olive oil. The truffle, added abundantly straight into the dough (7%), adds an intense and balanced character to the pasta.To savour them at best, boil the Tagliatelle for 4 or 5 minutes in plenty of water), drain them al dente and and sauté in a pan with extra virgin olive oil.
Store in a cool and dry place.
